Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item has not been used. 

The item is in its original condition: no signs of wear and packaging is intact. 

No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the purchase. 

How to Place a Return

Submit a form via our “Contact Us” page with “Return” in the subject line, including your order number. 

A response will be provided with a list of return options based on your location. 

The shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. 

Exchanges

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you will get the desired product fastest if you simply place a second order. Refunds will be issued as soon as the return is received.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 calendar days from the date your return is received.
